Michael Wampler began his career in the mortgage industry in 2005 working for a bank and then later a local mortgage brokerage. Unsatisfied with the business models at both companies, Michael wanted to create a mortgage bank that would put the focus on his clients’ best interests. In the spring of 2008 he opened the doors to MJW Financial LLC, a lender whose main focus is customer service and satisfaction. Never involved in the sub-prime mortgage fiasco, Michael has always worked to create the best home buying experience for his clients. This has given him a wide referral base amongst many happy home owners and Realtors alike. With a wide range of specialties - from FHA to Jumbo loans and everything in between – he is the leader of the MJW Financial Team and has the necessary experience to get you from the initial application to the closing table without frustration. John Murphy began his career in sales at a young age. As a kid, he sold everything from landscaping to Cutco Knives. Since joining the mortgage industry in 2009, John has applied the same sales principals and techniques that brought him success in his youth. He has doubled his loan production every year since becoming a loan officer. John believes all of his success is based on 3 key ingredients: looking out for the clients best interest, working hard, and clear and forward communication. John has grown his client base with the belief that when you put people first, educate them about their options, and constantly communicate with everyone involved that his clients will always have an awesome experience!
Corinne Masters began her working career at a young age in the restaurant industry. With a strong work ethic and ensuring the client's needs came first she quickly moved through the ranks to become a store manager by the age of 19. Corinne made the move to the mortgage industry in 2003, following in her sister's footsteps. Bringing the same mentality over to the mortgage industry, Corinne grew to become a successful loan closer, processor, and quality control administrator. As a survivor of the mortgage bust, Corinne quickly embraced the changes to ensure her client's needs came first and continues to apply this "Client First Attitude" to her position with MJW Financial.
Shortly after graduating from the Kelley School of Business, Justin Griffith took a path that lead him into the real estate industry. Since 2005 he has been working closing with buyers in Indianapolis and the surrounding areas. “Helping a client with the largest purchase of their life is by far the most rewarding part of being in this line of work.” In 2013 Justin joined the MJW Financial team as a loan officer and strives to keep you informed on the most current loan options and market conditions through great communication and always being available 24/7. Whether you are purchasing a home or refinancing an existing mortgage Justin knows that it can be very exciting, but also stressful at times. Shelby began working at 16 in the food service industry and fell in love with the customer service aspect of it. Since then Shelby has striven to provide clients with the utmost respect, kindness, and efficiency. After moving to Indianapolis in late 2015 she was ready to grow and learn in a new capacity and found MJW to be just that opportunity. Shelby is excited to be serving you as a part of the MJW team!
Chris Pisano came to MJW Financial after gaining real estate experience in the world of commercial real estate development. A Kelley School of Business graduate, Chris believes there are a wide variety of similarities between the world of commercial real estate and residential lending. “At the end of the day, you are making major things possible, with personal relationships at the forefront.” Chris believes that financing a home purchase does not to be an intimidating process and has a passion for explaining deal structuring to customers. Chris is an advocate of relentless hard work, transparency, and communication. In his spare time, Chris enjoys spending time with his German shepherd, Stella, exercising, and watching auto racing.
